D&I Foundations
Our programme will give you a solid foundation in understanding D&I and also it will teach you how to start thinking about designing interventions that work.
We feel that the workplace is a great place to start to build an equal society. D&I School provides a standard curriculum so all practitioners share a vocabulary and a toolkit for building a workplace that is systemically fair.
D&I School is committed to structural change - we want to contribute to creating a fair society and with that in mind we want to create a standard of excellence in diversity and inclusion practice.
Every module is designed to help you understand and address structural inequality in your own workplace, while allowing you to reflect on what you personally can do differently, once the course is over.
There are just over 3 hours of material included, but the overall course will take you longer, as we ask that you stop the videos and take some time to pause and reflect on what you're learning.
